About
I love variables and logic. Every digital problem consists of variables – and so does every solution. Past evidence and future hypotheses leading to the innovative present are the essence of my strategy as a Product Designer.
We’re not living in a monochrome world, but rather in a colorful spectrum. My variables include unique economic insights from my background as a businesswoman, as well as accessibility for an inclusive digital environment. But that’s not all! Transitioning from introducing my grandma to her first (white!) MacBook to becoming an arts university guest lecturer: I love sharing my knowledge and skills with others – learning from them again.
By exploring international culture through modern theater, I find congruence between investigating diverse interpretations of the same plays and uncovering different perspectives for my projects. Even though art is free from boundaries, it’s always related to a goal. My ultimate goal? Cultivating a richer understanding of the beautiful variables in our world, and keep looking beyond my own nose.

User Experience Design Expert
2019–24
CTS EVENTIM Solutions, Bremen (Germany)
Focusing on EVENTIM.Inhouse, the international ticketing system for the cultural sector, I developed the new white label ticketing webshop with an accessible design system. Additionally, I transitioned the B2B desktop application into a responsive browser app.
Previously, I created and refined apps for the complete online and offline ticketing process. My companywide collaboration with various stakeholders included:
B2C applications (e. g. webshops, mobile app)
B2B applications (e. g. box office, event organisation, seatmap editor)
Internal backend applications (e. g. API portal, artist database)
Eventim Design System
Guest Lecturer for Digital Media
2022
University of the Arts, Bremen (Germany)
Guiding students in individual projects, I expanded the elementary design methods with critical thinking – challenging the belief that mainstream ideas would provide individual or ethical solutions. I also integrated physical exploration; for example, we uncovered diverse functions and goals of international lavatories.
Tutor for Media Informatics
2015–18
University Bremen (Germany)
I enabled students to fully understand the lectures. My role included guiding creative projects, evaluating submissions and assisting with oral exams. Additionally, I facilitated one-week onboarding sessions for novice coders.
Volunteer
Tutor
2023–now
Primary School / Refugees (Germany)
I empower non-fluent German-speaking primary school children and adults to acquire language skills in a fun and friendly way. Through engaging play and conversation, I teach vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation.
Event Organizer
2021–22
Interaction Design Association, Remote
As a core member of the organization team for the Interaction 22 conference week, I contributed to the success of the virtual event during the pandemic. My primary responsibilities included organizing the remote social program, managing networking opportunities and coordinating volunteers.
Animation Artist / PR
2016
Horng Jou Ceramics, Yingge (Taiwan)
During my intercultural exchange as an AIESEC Global Citizen in Taiwan, I produced an animation video as a marketing initiative for the Tile Factory Museum. I gained valuable insights into international industry, culture and communication, and broadened my perspectives.
Education
Digital Media
Bachelor of Arts
2014–18
University of the Arts Bremen (Germany)
I fell in love with the variables between humans and machines; the variables of digital media. Incorporating and reflecting both existing and missing, possible and impossible variables became the essence of my interdisciplinary working processes.
Businesswoman for Insurances and Finances
Apprenticeship
2011–14
ERGO Versicherungsgruppe, Hamburg (Germany)
Yep, I’m proficient in policy conditions, legal texts and economic processes. I regularly presented these complexities to my group, ensuring logical understanding. As a business user, I witnessed the evolution of B2B software, experiencing the time-consuming risk of white space, and the time-saving luxury of F1–F12.
By taking on an additional perspective as an assistant after my apprenticeship, I gained deep insights into the internal company organization and contributed to the effective collaboration with the stakeholders. My responsibilities included controlling presentations, evaluating statistics (with SAP!) and managing office processes.
